Ultra-clear accomodation equipped with comfortable beds - a big bathroom, and a nice terrace. Very close to the city center - historical streets, and a 2-3 minute walk to a beautiful sand beach. The owner - Gerald - is extremely helpful and provides advice on places to visit - eat, and shop. The on-site lockup car parking is a bonus.
Can't recommend highly enough.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to local attractions. The owner, Gerald, was friendly and provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Cannes.

Absolutely everything you could need and more! Safe location, close to beach and downtown. Wonderful hosts. Clean and comfortable bed. Excellent location - minutes from the beach and center. Small balcony. Well-equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location of the accommodation was exceptional, close to the beach and city center. the room was spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and nice big bathroom. the owner was very friendly and gave us good recommendations on places to visit and eat. the on-site car parking was a great advantage for us.
Everything was perfect, and we had an enjoyable time.

Spent my Christmas vacation at this place and was really impressed. the room was clean and comfortable, and had all necessary amenities including a well-equipped kitchen. the location was just perfect with the beach being just a short stroll away and lots of restaurants & shops in the vicinity. Lastly, the owner was very accommodating, friendly and was always available to offer local advice.
Although the hotel had a parking spot, it was a little expensive. I would have appreciated if the price was disclosed upfront to save myself the surprise.

Nestled in a peaceful locality, this residence offers quick access to the nearby beautiful sandy beaches and top-rated eateries. the spacious apartments are clean, comfortable and well-equipped with washing machines, fridges, and kitchenettes. Some rooms even feature balconies, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or drying clothes.
Though the park nearby is beautiful, it closes early which might disappoint those who love to spend the evenings there.
